"Great customer service" I was given an appointment the same week, the person at the desk was courteous and polite, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. The waiting area is clean and there is plenty of seating for customers who wait and a tv.

Lee said they did what they were supposed to do. They were timely and quick.

Eddie said the business has good service. They kept him updated and informed.

Jim said this business finishes on time.

Kyle said the business was completely honest and they took care of him.

The staff at Sheridan Auto Tech in Lakewood was extremely helpful after I found out I needed new rotors and brake pads on a car I had bought a week and a half earlier. Joe at the front desk showed me the problem and assisted me in getting necessary service for the lowest price. They didn't charge me to diagnose the problem. I will absolutely go back for future service, and I would highly recommend this company.

Paula said this business takes good care of her. Joe and the young mechanic are excellent.
