RUN RUN RUN!!! They had my Mercedes for over a month with am electrical issue. I called every Tuesday to check on progress and was always told they are still working on it. One sayi call and the owner says "My manager says he has been trying to get a hold of You and has left several voicemails as he confirms he has the right number. I HAVE NO VOICEMAIL and never have. Either way they say my car is ready. I go in, pay and when I go to start my car, it doesn't go on. "Guess we didn't fix it, you've had it here entirely too long, can you have it towed out?" I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! AM I ON THE SHOW PUNKED? TWILIGHT ZONE MAYBE?? I have a video of the manager telling me he don't give an F, that he's too overwhelmed, and he would call the cops if I didint leave and take my vehicle that now didn't run. They would not refund my money. I called the owner layer to get reprimanded for upsetting his manager, then hung up on. I had it towed to another shop that diagnesed the problem in a day and fixed it in another two. They also had my Audi s5 for 2 weeks! When I came to pick it up the manager said "I think it needs a new transmission" I took it and found they had scrapped the paint on the front and the sides and broken a piece of my NEW GRILL! "No charge for the mishap" the manager told me!! I took the Audi elsewhere and after a FREE clutch adjustment, it was fine!!! STAY FAR AWAY. this is the mechanic shoo you hear about in BAD STORIES
