I went to Sheridan Auto to get an alignment on my vehicle and they have me in-and-out in an hour great service.

Recommended by a good friend. Quick and easy. No bs. They didn’t come back with a thousand other things I should fix. They diagnosed the problem (car not starting) as a dead battery, replaced it and said there were no other problems. Of course there may be something else in my car that could use an update, but I didn’t ask them to check. Therefore it’s not their responsibility. I will return in the future.

This place is a nightmare- I don’t even feel like taking the time to type all the issues I’ve had with this company on numerous occasions- just call them and ask about it- Then go down the street to Mark Greene Automotive and get your car fixed- if you’ve had trouble with this company before and had bribes from them to pull your bad review down, file a complaint with the BBB they are well aware of this company

Took a week to get a warrantied camshaft position sensor put in

I had my car towed there after I accidentally placed diesel motor fuel in it. The guys were as nice as could be during the situation. They assured me that I was not as stupid as I felt and had the car ready in a couple of hours. Thanks guys I am eternally grateful.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Suzuki Kizashi. The car is in excellent shape and looks darn near brand new. Unfortunately, the car didn't come with an service records so I had no idea if the transmission fluid in this CVT transmission had ever been changed. I called around to lots of transmission shops and got quoted a lot of very high prices for the service. I finally came across the website for Sheridan Auto Tech and I was very impressed by all the great reviews, so I called. They quoted me a price that was well below anyone else and told me I could just come by the following morning and they would take care of me. I went in this morning and they got me right in and the job was done in quick fashion at the price they had quoted. I would encourage anyone reading this review to give Sheridan Auto Tech a try. The people here are really nice, honest, and knowledgeable. Likewise, the facility is very clean and comfortable and their prices are super competitive. I try and buy cars that have a reputation for reliability (Hondas, Suzukis) and I do repairs like brake jobs myself, but I do have need of a good mechanic on occasion. They say you need a good dentist, a good barber, and a good mechanic. I've just found my mechanic.

Not my first choice in mechanics. Their work is questionable. Some of the guys are nice. However the general manager is a jerk. Very rude and unprofessional. In response to me having the wrong shop... I do not have the wrong place. My vehicle has been there a total of 7 times. The first 4 times were for the same issue. It was there for almost the entire month of June and half of July. And the manager yelled at my child then proceeded to talk about him as if i could not hear him. And your response is exactly what i mean by unprofessional. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
