The personnel at Sheridan were friendly and helpful. They were able to etch a serial number in my Cadilitic Converter in a timely manner with all the backup paperwork completed.

I brought my car in to diagnose an issue I was having while my car was accelerating. While I haven’t begun the process of fixing the issue I really appreciated that they diagnosed the issue free of charge. I will likely be back.

I have used this company 3 times . Good experience every time.. If you happen to catch or are on top of it with your preventative maintenance.. you usually get your vehicle same day as your appointment: if not you are looking at timeframes of 24 hrs or in less then 48hrs if your not not on top of it and something where parts need to be ordered from out of town then you could be waiting slightly longer .. if you qualify for Napa credit that could be a plus if your repairs are more then your thought. Their estimates are very close to final invoice checkout statement.
